Would you like to learn english through music and song? Would you like to work on your english pronunciation?

Why Is Music Helpful for ESOL Students?

Music is a language in itself, and experts are now making the case that language is developed as a type of music. Both rely on the use of sounds to express thoughts and emotions, and both require timing, pitch and proper emphasis. It is often incorrect use of stress, rhythm and intonation patterns in an ESOL learner that makes the difference in their pronunciation sounding foreign or being difficult to understand. Because many of the same skills are used in music and speech, experts argue that language and music acquisition occur side by side, and language acquisition is aided through music.

Using singing to learn english is also a lot of fun and makes for a great lesson.
